1. Your right to request deletion
You can request deletion of your Thinkmad Quiz account and associated personal data. This page explains what may be deleted, what may be retained where required, and how to submit a request. This page is publicly accessible and does not require you to be signed in to view these instructions.
2. What may be deleted
When we process a verified deletion request, we may delete or de-identify information such as:
- Account profile information (for example, name, email address, and profile details associated with your account)
- Authentication identifiers linked to your Thinkmad Quiz account, including those associated with Google or Facebook Login where applicable
- Quiz activity and related application data tied to your account, such as progress, scores, XP/points, streaks, and achievements, where stored
3. Information that may be retained
We may retain limited information when we are legally required to do so, or when retention is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms of Service. Where retained, such information is kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
4. How to submit a deletion request
To request deletion of your Thinkmad Quiz account and associated personal data:
- Contact Thinkmad using the support or contact options available in the Thinkmad Quiz application, or through the contact channels published on www.thinkmad.in.
- Use the subject line Thinkmad Quiz Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your Thinkmad Quiz account, and any other details needed to verify ownership of the account (for example, the name shown on your profile and whether you signed in with email, Google, or Facebook).
We may ask for additional information solely to verify that you are the account holder before processing the request.
5. Processing time
After we verify your request, we will process deletion within a reasonable period. Processing time can vary depending on account verification needs and technical requirements.
6. Facebook Login users
If you signed in with Facebook, deleting your Thinkmad Quiz account removes Thinkmad Quiz’s copy of the personal data associated with that login, subject to the retention limits described above. Separately, you may also manage Facebook Login permissions in your Facebook account settings. Removing Thinkmad Quiz’s access in Facebook does not automatically delete your Thinkmad Quiz account; please submit a deletion request using the steps above if you want your Thinkmad Quiz data deleted.
