1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Thinkmad Quiz, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the application. These Terms apply to the Thinkmad Quiz service operated by Thinkmad.
2. Description of Thinkmad Quiz
Thinkmad Quiz is a quiz and learning application that lets users take quizzes, track progress, and use related features such as scores, XP/points, streaks, achievements, and similar engagement tools where available.
3. User accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. If you sign in with a third-party provider (such as Google or Facebook), you are also subject to that provider’s terms and policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Thinkmad Quiz for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, including through malware, scraping abuse, or automated attacks
- Cheat, manipulate scores, or otherwise undermine fair use of quizzes, points, streaks, or achievements
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Copy, redistribute, or exploit quiz content except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law
5. Quiz content and intellectual property
Thinkmad Quiz, including its quizzes, text, graphics, branding, software, and related materials, is owned by Thinkmad or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the service or its content except with prior written permission or as permitted by law.
6. Points, XP, streaks, achievements, and leaderboards
Features such as points, XP, streaks, achievements, and leaderboards (where offered) are provided for engagement and learning motivation. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be modified, reset, or discontinued at any time. Thinkmad may adjust scoring or related systems to maintain fairness or improve the service.
7. Third-party authentication and services
Thinkmad Quiz may integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers such as Google and Facebook, and infrastructure providers such as Firebase/Google. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Thinkmad is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep Thinkmad Quiz available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Maintenance, updates, outages, or factors beyond our control may affect availability.
9. Changes to the service
We may update, add, remove, or change features of Thinkmad Quiz at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when Terms change.
10. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Thinkmad Quiz if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk or legal exposure for Thinkmad or other users, or if required for security or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.
11. Disclaimer
Thinkmad Quiz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thinkmad disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Quiz content is for learning and entertainment; we do not guarantee that content is complete, current, or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thinkmad and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Thinkmad Quiz. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
